Biomass Energy Where the energy source
comes from? Biomass energy gets its energy source from the sun. How does biomass energy work? Plants store the suns energy in their leaves and roots. Then animals eat plants and other animals to move and grow Has biomass been successfully used in the past? How much does it cost to use Biomass energy? The use of biomass energy
can cost up to seven to nine
cents per kilowat hour. Biomass energy
is a renewable energy,
which means we can make more
biomass in a shorter
amount of time. We can also
grow more plants which
is one of the sources
of biomass energy. The cost of biomass energy for one month can
be as cheap as 50.40 dollars and cost as much as 64.80.
