Summary
The North Atlantic whales are the rarest marine species. This is due to early whale hunting. Now a days these whales are found to be getting caught in lobster catching ropes and nets. Scientists seem to believe these whales could be attracted to the the nets because of there color. Therefore they have figured out if the color is changed to something like orange or red the whales will see them as signs of danger and stay away.
Supporting Evidence
Many North Atlantic Right whales have been found in lobster nets that are black
The whales are attracted to green and black
They swim away form colors like orange and red
These whales are up to 50 feet tall
They can also weigh up to 70 tons
