Physical, Mental\ emotional, and Social health
3 Parts Of Health
Health is a combination of physical, mental/emotional, and social well-being. You need to be good at all of these in order to have good health. The three parts all can affect each other throughout your life. These three parts of health are put into a triangle like the one shown in the next slide.

Physical health is very important it isn't just about staying fit is also about eating healthy, getting enough sleep, taking care yourself, and not abusing yourself using alcohol or drugs.
Mental/Emotional Health is just as important as physical health. Mental health is your ability to solve problems and handle every day events that happen in life. Emotional health is feelings, such as happiness, sadness, and anger.
Social Health describes how you relate to people at home, school, or anywhere else in the world. To know if you have good social health then you will have good, strong relationships and being involved in activities with other people
