Disabilities
Rights of women, children, migrants, minorities, and indigenous peoples.
But somehow... they continue to be violated...
International human rights law lays down obligations of
Governments
to take positive action in certain ways or to refrain from particular acts in others, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

Today,
all United Nations member States
have ratified at least one of the nine core international human rights treaties, and 80 percent have ratified four or more.

The Proper Definition...
Rights for all human beings, whatever their nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other status. All the people are equally entitled to human rights without discrimination.

We are entitled to them simply BECAUSE WE´RE HUMAN!

CONCLUSION
Countries that have corrupted and weak institutions and ineffective conflict management are most likely prone to ethnic conflicts, also human rights violations are committed. The people of these countries don’t trust the government and an armed conflict is often the chosen form of getting heard and acknowledged.

FIRST OF ALL, WHAT IS IT??
Humanitarian intervention is a means to prevent or stop a gross violation of human rights in a state, where such state is either incapable or unwilling to protect its own people, or is actively persecuting them.
BUT... IS RIGHT OR WRONG? OR IS THERE SOMETHING IN BETWEEN?

Territorial invasion
Geo-strategic advantage
Control of Precious Natural esources
Replace focus on military intervention with a humanitarian foreign policy centered on saving lives by:

Funding public health programs in the developing world A
iding victims of natural disasters
Assisting refugees fleeing violent conflict.

Abandoning humanitarian intervention in most cases would not mean leaving victims of genocide and repression to their fate.
