Levels of Support Continum Accommodations Student is responsible
for all objectives and
student expectations for
each subject. Student is able to access and progress
in the general education curriculum
through the implementation of accommodations Role of Teachers: Teacher to Teacher General Education Teacher is able to implement
accommodations with no direct support from Special Education staff.


Special Ed. Teacher mointors student progress and consults general
education teacher.

Case Manager - Sped Teacher Grading - General Ed. Teacher Transitional Support is temporary
Student is responsible for all objectives
and student expecatations for each subject. Supports students in gaining independence in
new environments, activities, and/or the acquisition
of new concepts. Role of Teachers: Teacher to Teacher
or Teacher to Student
General Education Teacher is able to implement
accommodations with intermittant support from Sped Staff Sped Staff: Sped Teacher and/or Paraprofessional Case Manager: Sped Teacher Grading: General Ed Teacher Low Support is provided 2-3 times per week Student is responsible for all
objectives and student expectations for each subject Requires teacher/paraprofessional
supporting the use of accommodations
on an occasional basis Role of Teachers: Teacher to Teacher or
Teacher to Student General Education Teacher is able
to implement accommodations with
limited support from Sped Staff. Sped Staff: Sped Teacher and/or
Paraprofessional Case Manager: Sped Teacher Grading: General Ed Teacher Medium Support is provided on a daily basis
