to cluster, coach and
reward the italian lcs. before now differences between lcs were very clear and neat.
clustering was easy and immediate, in 4 main blocks.
an lc in the top cluster was meant to be excellent in all the different operations and support activities.
every cluster had a general growth model.
lc coaching was based on such growth model.
reward&recognition was not connected to clusters. knowledge among lcs is eterogeneously spread.
4-blocks general clustering is no more representative.
an lc can be role modeling in some areas and needing
support in some other areas.
it's difficult to have general growth models for lcs.
lc coaching needs to be operations-based.
r&r needs to attain to the known growth model. the levels concept according to recent performances,
every lc is assigned to a "level" for
every single functional area. every level of each area has some
objective criterias to be achieved
in the next 2 months, to move on
to the following level. both functional and lc coaching
are meant to support the lcs in
achieving the requirements to
move on to the next level. the sum of all the levels generate
a score, which creates the overall
rank of the local committees. lcs also get extra points when
winning local awards or campaigns
(0.7 points) and individual awards (0.3) the criterias for the initial allocation,
GCDP performances were
calculated on the jul-dec period.
GIP performances, who are not
affected by seasonality, were
based only on Q4 performances.
for support areas, kpis were
defined according to the main
activities of the last months. the current state to move to the next level... below you can find the criterias that will be used to coach you functionally to move to the next
level. the next level reallocation will happen in
npm13, naples. the other one in cn2 2013. benefits of
this system: every function is equally considered
it is very easy to "localize" the gcps
r&r gets integrated in growth model
a more dynamic lc ranking
functional coaching with guidelines
clear goals towards the national ambition
