- Incorporating multiculturalism and raising its awareness via holding events at school

- Multicultural Food for Staff Lunch every fortnight
- Language (LOTE) students presenting at whole school assembly
- Create a monthly multicultural workshop
- Workshops would include information on certain cultures and how to teach diverse students
- Using things such as different cultured food can be a simple way to engage the teachers in culture
