Carnegie Institute of Technology (1949) Major in pictorial design - Arts.
1950 - Blotted Line Technique
NYC - Illustrating for magazines.
1960 - Reputation Pop Artist (Soups, Coke, Marilyn Monroe) Who was Andy Warhol? Was more than nature and common signs .
See the world without personal filters- esthetic.
Personal emotions + Idealist Vision = Abstraction
Broke with paradigms - "label something".
Unconventional sense of style.
Art - 2+2 = <3 <:O)
Find our own spirit.
Don't follow patterns. How did he change the society? Out of the common
Life = Vibrant colors, textures.
Change the real meaning of art.
Always was Andy - doesn't matter opinions around. "Unique"
Another perspective of life
Sharing ideas with others. "The Factory".
Pioneer of visual art. Why I admire Andy Warhol? His Work Thank You! "How can you say one style is better than another? You ought to be able to be an Abstract Expressionist or a realist, without feeling you've given up something... I think that would be so great, to be able to change styles. And I think that's what’s going to happen, that's going to be the whole new scene."
