The learning Technology as a whole was not systematically organized in Keuda (or blended very much)...

We started to do work systematically...
- everybody should have the basic skills...
- must form a group of advanced enthusiastic people to promote the learning technology. One from every unit.
- started with the badges (physical & digital - both! :)

GROUP "LUOTAIN"
--> The Group "Luotain" was established this year ...in every 15 units now ...there are 15 mentors, who help collegues and are implementing technology in their own units/ learning environments.

We have had a
perennial project
that has helped us supporting these targets.

Open, equal and transparent
Working with this group has been very nice for me. They are a great bunch of experts. We are equal and helping each other. Unleashing and expanding each one´s potential You can say! :)

Networking!
Sharing is not only that people give couple learning materials to each other (sometimes people are paid to do so). Creative Commons helps also with sharing (You decide about your material).

Networking can also be sharing. Sometimes much more powerfull. You are having your own networks inside your organisation. And outside of organisations for example in social media (facebook, twitter, linkedin etc.)... + networking with other organisations.

All that networking consists normally of dialogue with other people, co-operation (common goals etc.), helping and sharing.

You also learn a lot in these networks - You give information (more or less) & You will get it back. The more You give the more You get?

It's not a bad idea to promote networking, or having a badge for it! ;)
