The Eye of Horus By:Aaliyah McCullough What is the Eye of Horus The Eye of Horus Commonly has three names.
The Eye of Horus, the Eye of Ra/Re, and Wadjet.
Some people associate the Eye Horus with the Eye of Providence. What the Eye of Horus meant in Ancient Egypt The Ancient Egyptians believed that when Horus was in his true form he was a falcon.
He had three different names.
The Eye of Horus, the Eye of Ra/Re, and Wadjet.
Horus was believed to be the son of Osiris and nephew of Set.
The eye was associated with healing and restoration.
Horus's symbol was commonly used in amulets for protection and for the dead to see the living. How has the Eye of Horus Been Used in Art The Eye of Horus commonly but not always has a blue iris.
The eye of Horus is most famous because of its use in modern art and in ancient art.
In ancient Egypt Horus's eye was mostly depicted in amulets. How does the Eye of Horus Effect Humans Now Today the Eye of Horus symbolizes protection, wisdom, relevation.
The Eye of Horus is used by occultists, thelemites who consider 1904 the start of the "Age of Horus."
The eye is often seen within a triangle which might be interpreted as a symbol of elemental fire.
Many people associate the Eye of Providenve with the Eye of Horus. Conspiracy Theory Conspiracy theorists often see the Eye of Horus and the Eye of Providence as the same symbol.
Conspiracy theorists see these symbols having to do with illuminati which some believe to be the real power behind many governments.
