Application Softwares have more than one name like, Productivity programs or end-user programs. They enable the end-user (humans who have access to a computer) to use programs like Microsoft Office, Google Drawing, Prezi e.c.
Presentation softwares like Microsoft Powerpoint, Prezi, Google e.c are used to make presentations that can be used as part of a Project, a lesson in school or just as an aid to help you talk about something
A spreadsheet is a digital document with data arranges in rows and columns on a grid. It can also be used for calculations
Drawing programs are used to, draw basically. You select the correct settings and then start drawing. An example of a drawing software is Google drawing.
A Word Processor (or WP which is an abbreviated Name) is a document which the user can edit at any point within the word document
An area inside a computer where most data is stored. Like the internet.
Cloud storage is awesome, example : you are viewing something stored on cloud storage, basically the internet. The internet is quite big, very very very very very very very very very x20 big. So as you can see it's quite big. But all the information stored on the internet is actually stored in Databases inside a Data Center.

So Internet or "cloud" storage is basically just storing your information on another device.
