Australia is ranked as one of the fattest nations in the developed world. Obesity in Australia has more than doubled in the past 20 years. OBESITY obesity can be treated The 2 main ways of treating obesity is diet and exercise. The main way to treating obesity is to lose weight. another important factor is being educated on how to exercise and eat healthy. obesity can be prevented by following simple rules:
staying active
eating healthy
watching your weight
drinking water
getting a physical from your doctor at least once a year
keep junk food out of the house
only eat when your hungry how obesity can be prevented Parents don't just sit there is your child is obese. Educate them on how to exercise, eat healthy and the dangers of obesity. Obesity can lead to many serious diseases and conditions such as:
diabetes
high blood pressure
atherosclerosis
cardiovascular disease
some cancers
