Hypokinetic Disease Project
Transcript of Hypokinetic Disease Project
Hypo = "Under or lack of"
Kinetic = "relating to or resulting from motion"
A.K.A. LACK OF MOVEMENT!!!

Hundreds of studies confirm a strong correlation between LOW levels of physical activity that equate to HIGH risks of heart disease. These findings also extend into other conditions and diseases.
HIGH physical activity = LOW risks of heart disease
The good news is.....
Hypokinetic diseases are mostly preventable through adequate
good eating habits
