Student Organization Advisory Council
The Student Organization Advisory Council (SOAC) reviews and makes recommendations to the Assistant Director of Student Life concerning requests for the Student Organization Leadership Fund (SOLF) funding received from registered student organizations. In addition, SOAC make recommendations for changes to SOLF operating procedures and the SOLF budget. SOAC is comprised of representatives from student organization categories, the VP for Student Government and is chaired by the Coordinator for Student Organizations.

How to fill out a SOLF Application...
Student Organization Leadership Fund pt. 2
SOLF Applications must be submitted 30 days prior to the date funds are needed to give reasonable time for the Center of Student Involvement to arrange all paperwork needed.
After funding has been approved & received, RSOs must complete a Student Organization Check Report with itemized receipts to the CSI. If funding is not used, pleased return funds with the Student Organization Check Report.
Setting Up Your Account:
1. Go to www.angelo.edu
2. Use the quick search and type in ‘Reservations’ and hit Enter.
3. This will bring you to a search results page.
Click on the first link entitled, "Reservations".
4. Select "Reservation Request Form". Hover over "My account" &
complete the "Create an account" form.

Need help filing out a SOLF Application or simply have some questions?
Stop by the CSI Every Wednesday between 3-4 P.M. to ask the Student Organization Manager, Liz Guzman any questions you may have about your RSO's application.
1. Go to www.angelo.edu/organizations. Under the Resources tab select the application that you are applying for (Travel or Funding).
2. Fill out application
Make sure to get the advisor signature
Please attach the two events hosted by your organization.
3. Turn into the Center for Student Involvement 30 days prior to your event/trip.
