of ethnography (remember...describe, interpret and verify) This is just one of many techniques that you can use to try understand the jobs and outcomes that your stakeholders are trying to get done.

should include a brief description of the techniques you used to identify the stakeholders, how you selected the "key" stakeholder and then what techniques you used to identify the key job and the corresponding outcomes associated with that job.
