Camille Pissarro's home town Accomplishments Camille Pissarro was not only an amazing artist but an incredible role model and leader. He influenced so many people to achieve their goals, and was a major contribution to the beginning of an unforgettable era of revolutionary artwork. I only hope to one day be as influential as him and become a successful leader all while doing what i love most. In 1871 he married Julie Vellay, with whom he had seven children. They lived outside of Paris in Pontoise and later in Louveciennes.
