Most of the bank customers utilize Online Banking Platform in their transactions.

Based on this study it is a key factor as 36% of the respondents are using Online Banking to access their accounts and do bank related trasactions.

Respondents between ages 26 y.o. to 30 y.o. are the frequent users of online banking. This may be attributed to the fact that this age group is internet savvy and there is an increase in the responsibilities they handle such as paying household bills, manage personal finances related to savings or possibly loans.

Security is still a vital aspect taken into consideration in using Online Banking followed by the need for simpler and clearer instructions to guide customers in using the said facility.

Human Relation remains an important factor for bank depositors (bank account holders).
