there is 5 banks in sudan out of the national switch ,they working with private switches so CBOS can't access or monitor their ATMs .
one of the CBOS Responsibility is to insure the service quality and take the suitable action and punishment(if needed). where is the Solution? NO NO NO STOP How NAM is work? NAM have two modules
1- Data Collection Module
2- Data presentation Module we have three methods to collect the ATMs Data
1- reading the Electronic journal.
2- capturing the NDC+ Messages.
3- getting the data from the switches. what is the Collected data:

ATM Place(GIS).

Cassette 1,2,3 and 4 level. Why We Collect all this data? Port Sudan City We can monitor ATMs all over the sudan.

We can rate the air conditions.
We can rate the physical Security.
We can make a lot of live charts. what else? SMS and Smart phones alert system with multiple levels
