From developing your interpersonal skills to overcoming the imposter phenomenon, there are many ways to do well in college. Based on the course material, write about the different key topics in relation to your experience at UCR thus far. What were your failures? Why did they happen? What can you do, based on what you've learned in HASS001, to turn your success around?
My lack of self-confidence and intimidation by faculty and peers reflects the weakness of my interpersonal skills. My inability to reach out for help in my classes was a significant factor in my failure in my first quarter at UCR.
