Dance is started by no one because it is the way of arts to just swing your arms freely and twist your head or body or stretch your leg. There are many kinds of dance discovered by many different people but defining 'dance', it's invented by no one.

Dance is created by no one. It is just a way of arts just by stretching your legs, body, heads or arms. You either do shake or twist your body: gracefully, fast, slow, rhythmic, shakily, etc. There are many different types of dances created by many different people but defining 'dance', it's created by no one.
