To do or not to do? Dieting FACTS "Look at my guns"! "I'm so Fat"! The excess of calories is what makes us pile up on pounds.
Adding butter to our toast, sauces to our pasta, and salsa to our chips is what we add to carbs that boost the calories.
Going for foods that contain high- fiber carbs like brown rice, or whole wheat pasta can fill you up a lot faster and wont add as much fat.
Late night eating does not store more fat. Consuming too many calories during the day is what causes to gain. Some Myths " Potatoes, pasta, bread, and rice are fattening".

"Food eaten late night stops you losing weight".

"People inherit being overweight".

"Diets don't work".

"Cereal bars are lower in fat and sugar than chocolate and sweets". Understanding Diets Diets can cause stomach diseases, addiction, and excessive weight gaining.
Diet pills, injections, and research dieting can effect you in the future.
women tend to be more gulllible than men to think they can lose weight in such a quick period of time.
More Facts! Advertisement and false promoting to women are all signs of weaknesses and desperation to lose weight.

Whether it's men or women not looking good physically and not being healthy can cause many insicurities.

What people dont understand is that if you eat healthy 6 times a day including snaks in between meals and exercise a bit i guarantee you will be satisfied.
The Food Pyramid Choose the healthy way. Did you know? If you go for high-fibre carbs such as brown rice, wholemeal bread, jacket potatoes and wholewheat pasta it would fill you up more. They contain more fibre than the fattening varieties. Don’t add too much extra fat to them though, for example, serve pasta with a tomato-based sauce and top jacket spuds with cottage cheese. Yes eliminate the yummy stuff. Be confident. Get into the habit of planning ahead and always make sure you have enough calories left for dinner and any snacks you want during the evening. What will stop you from losing weight is if the calories in your evening meal equal more than what you've eaten throughout the day. At the end of the day, the calories you burn should be more than what you have consumed in a day. Making lifestyle changes such as exercising more and eating a healthy diet will help everyone in the family shift those pounds. It does inherit but you choose whether to stay overweight or to look good and do what you can to maintain in shape. Make sure you follow a well-balanced diet plan that includes your favourite foods. Don't starve yourself and eat things you hate. Also never try to lose more than 1-2lb a week. To lose 1lb of fat, you need to burn 3,500 calories which is more than you consume. For a sweet snack, you’d be better off choosing fresh fruit. But if you fancy a sweet treat, check out the nutrition information first before spending your calories on a cereal bar. You might find smaller chocolate bars such as a Ripple, a Flake, a Crème egg or a tube of Smarties actually contain fewer calories than that healthy-sounding cereal bar! Cited Page Kellow, Juliette.
