When you perform this exercises in the water, it helps your heart and lungs grow stronger. Synchronized swimmers dance and perform gymnastic moves in the water. Synchronized Swimming Great exercise for strengthening upper body strength, notably arm muscles.
Develops cardiovascular system, with the heart and lungs pumping oxygen round the blood stream.
Improves agility and flexibility.
Refreshes and focuses the mind from distractions.
Tones muscles and makes posture better. Diving Fun things synchronized swimmers do! :D Exercise: The health and fitness benefits of diving exercise include: Health benefits of diving To be in a synchronized swimming team you have to have water skills, and it requires great strength, endurance, flexibility, grace, artistry and precise timing, also that you have your breath in control when you are upside down under the water. Because the workouts they performed are: the swimming, the cardiovascular exercises, the dance moves, and the muscle strengthening. Swimmers perform two routines for the judges, one technical and one free, as well as age group routines and figures. Synchronized swimming is governed internationally by FINA (Federation Internationale de Natation). Is the sport of jumping or falling into water from a platform or springboard, sometimes while performing acrobatics. Diving is an internationally-recognized sport that is part of the Olympic Games. Competitors possed many of the same characteristics of a gymnastic and of dancers, including strength, flexibility, kinaesthetic judgment and air awareness. The Olympics!
