What is the difference between Simple sentence and Compound Sentence?
Simple sentence = 2 subject doing 2 things at the same time (SSVV)
ex : The ducks and geese squawked and fluttered their wings.

Compound sentence = 1 subject doing on action and 1 subject is doing a different action (SVSV)

ex : The ducks squawked and the geese fluttered their wings.

Coordinating Conjuction
when two clauses are coorcinated, items are identical in both may be omitted from one clauses, usually the second one :
- the victim may have injected himself, or he may have taken sleeping pills.
- the victim may have injected himself or taken sleeping pills

omit : menghilangkan
joined : digabung
conjunction : kata penghubung
independent : berdiri sendiri
when two or more simple sentence are joined together by means coordinating conjunction , they form a "compound sentence"

For make compound sentence we have 3 ways :

1. with comma and fanboys
A compound sentence can be created by joining the two independent clauses with
a comma
and one of the
coordinating conjunctions (FANBOYS).
