The Thanksgiving day is born for many years after as a way of thanks for good harvests they bought the sowers.
To celebrate this event conducted many activities to give thanks to God for what was obtained.

The modern tradition of Thanksgiving Day has its origins in 1621, in a celebration at Plymouth, in the present state of Massachusetts. What is traditionally prepared on this date?
