Thomas Edison As a boy, he was Kicked out of schooling after 3 monthes For calling his teacher "addeled". At he age of 19, he saved a 3 Year old boy from being hit by a train, the boys father in return taught him Telegraphy. He then became a telegraph operator. In 1877, Thomas edison invented the phonograph, one of the first voice-recording devices. He inspired Alexander Bell To create the telephone. Thomas edison was then Known as " The Wizzard Of Menlo Park". Thomas Edisons Lab in Menlo Park 1847-1931 Thomas Edison's Most Famous Invention was the light bulb. Contrary to popular belief, Thomas edison did not invent the light bulb, but he merely improved it so It was longer lasting and was more consumer friendly. Model 1 Patent for model 2
