London Metropolitan University Because we know how it feels like!! who r we ?? GROUP WORK The most important stage is to get to know each other to ensure the group work is effective. EXCHANGE pHONE NUMBERS ...and @mails as constant communication with each other ensures that all members contribute. Being on the same boat is very
important Don't rush when it comes to selecting group members
Observe, evaluate and then choose the right mate.
From now on, your grades depend on them as well.
Go out for the best one together with them!!

Assign roles within the group

such as team leader which

will ensure that work gets

done in time. this is how the group work is done best,

and this is how it is going to be in

any organisation you are once going to

work for Establish group aims and objectives to ensure that everyone has the same g als which will guarantee the standard of work is done at the same level. COOPERATE !!!!!! WORKLOAD Set deadlines for the work to be completed; hence ensuring time management and group commitment. Ensure that all group members contribute to avoid relying on other students to complete all the work DEAL WITH ISSUES AND PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY !!!!! DEAL WITH ISSUES AND PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY !!!! Meet regularly

with the group either in the University or local cafe or at the pub to ensure that

everyone knows

exactly what is

required to do. [Be honest] - if you are unable to attend the group meeting, please [let others know].
Simly not showing up to the meeting and not communicating your effort to the whole group work is not cool ... not cool at all.
You just make others [respect] you less, and this is not what you want, is it?!
And, please don't get offended if someone tells you that you are not working as a team - there probably is a sense of truth I'VE TOLD YOU TO DO IT !!!! WHO?? DO WHAT ?? YES, HE DID!!!! Don't forget the new communication ways: .................... finally........ enjoy meeting new people and working together
