Each student will enroll in one or two couses of 3 credits each
the students travel with the professors to Paris, the most visited city in the world and the heart of French culture, politics and business. In Paris there will be challenging classes and interesting visits to multinational companies and international organizations.
Oh!..by the way…did we mention that the group will celebrate New Year’s Eve in beautiful Paris?!

Students will visit international organizations and French companies. The tentative list for December 2009 is as follows:
Students will be able to visit the Louvre Museum, the Notre Dame cathedral and the Arc de Triomphe, as well as stroll along the banks of theSeine River and the Champs-Elysées.
Upon successful completion of their courses all students will receive an official diploma and transcript issued by the European university, either the IQS Business School (AACSB accredited) or the Catholic Univeristy of Milan, Sacro Cuore

From Paris the program continues on to Switzerland. The first stop will be the very international city of Geneva, where Forum-Nexus will visit the United Nations (UN) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Week 3 is in Italy!! The first stop will be Milan, the economic and financial center of Italy and world
capital of fashion.
Classes & Professional Visits
Classes are held in the beautiful historic campus of the Catholic University of Milan,
housed in the buildings of a 14th century monastery.

The lead professor for each course travels with the group from city to city. The professors are highly
experienced, multilingual, and cosmopolitan.
Classes are usually held in the morning and professional visits in the afternoon. Depending on the city, classes are held either on campus or in conference rooms at the hotels.
In Paris, the classes are conducted in the Business School "Ipag”, located in the Historical Institute of Geography, the room in which the Panama Canal was originally planned.
Students enrolled in the 4-week or the 3-week option (options 1 or 2 above) will select either one or two of the following 3-credit courses. Students enrolled in the 2-week option (option 3) will select one of the following courses:

Week 4 starts with a cruise-style boat journey on the Mediterranean Sea from Venice to Greece, the birthplace of democracy and home of the great classical philosophers.
Athens, a bustling metropolis crowned by the famous Acropolis, offers an exceptional insight into Mediterranean culture and business.

After an intensive 2 days with classes and professional visits in Athens we visit the city of Thessaloniki (Salonika) the second largest city in Greece, rich in history and an important center of
industry, commerce and transportation.

Dr. Hugo Hervitz is an Adjunct Professor of Economics at the Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. He has been a Professor of Economics and International Business in South Florida for over 25 years, specializing in International Trade and Finance in Europe and Latin America.
Dr. Hervitz was born in Argentina and has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the University of London, the University of Pittsburgh and Indiana University. He has been a visiting professor at the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico, at the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona, at the Fachhochschule Kufstein in Austria, and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.
He has extensive consulting experience in the U.S., Europe and Latin America and serves as economics commentator for CNN en Español. He has pioneered the concept of measuring and developing a student’s International IQ and is the author of the ground-breaking IKAT exam (International Knowledge Assessment Test) which quantifies the level of International IQ. Dr. Hervitz is fluent in English, Spanish,French, Italian, Portuguese, Hebrew and German.
Venice has been described as “undoubtedly the most beautiful city built by man”.
