-We clean and wash daily the kitchen and the whole restaurant. When we are making food, we wash the knives many times because we dont want to spread the taste of seafood to all our food.

-If it is usable for the next day, we use it to make some food, but if it is not usefull, we leave the leftovers in a farm that is near my house.
-We use chlorine, floor soap, degreaser and Fabuloso.
-We use a lot of water, i dont know how much, so i cant say you a exact amount.
-Its a refrigerator that saves energy.
