You can stimulate your heart and lungs, elevate your blood pressure and improve breathing capacity by laughing.


One good belly laugh burns off 3 1/2 calories.


Laugh can strecth the muscles of the face. A healthy laugh is a laugh that off, happy and doing with all my heart. It will be using up to 80 muscles when we are in good laugh.
Laughter and humor are essential for health. why???

because they strenghthen your immune system, diminish pain, boost your energy anad help you to relieve pain and stress.

humor is defined as a stimulus that helps people laugh and feel happy.

laughter is a response to humor that involves positives physiological and physychological reactions.

Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use. INTRODUCTION
Children laugh about 400 times a day. Adults laugh an average of 15 times a day.

Laughter is good exercise.Laughing 100 times has the same effect on the body as being on a rowing machine for 10 minutes or a stationary bike for 15 minutes.

"Thirty minutes of exercise three times a week, and 15 minutes of laughter on a daily basis is probably good for the vascular system," says Dr Miller from M.D. University of Maryland.


Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana, has compiled some fascinating facts:

13 muscles are used to smile, but 47 are required for frowning. You have to smile nearly a quarter of a million times to make 1 wrinkle. Little Known Facts About Laughter...
