A Day's Diet! Factors to Consider when Planning Meals Occasion Presentation Variety Money Is it going to be:
- a birthday celebration;
- an outdoor barbeque; or
- a casual meal at home? - Will you use rice, meat, vegetables or seafood?
- Will you steam, bake, grill or fry the food? Think about:
- colourful ingredients
- attractive arrangements
- good aromas
- garnishes - Think about how much money you can spare.
- If you do not have a high budget, buy meat alternatives like tofu or canned food.
