Transcript of Cell Analogy: Cell Land

Ribosomes To tickets The golgi body can be like the gift shop. It gets products, finishes packaging, and allows the packages and goods to spread. Golgi Body To the Gift Shop The mitochondria is like the construction workers
that tear down the old rides so that new ones can be
built. Mitochondria to Construction Workers The Nucleus To the Creator The Nucleus is like the creator of the park. It is the
brain of the cell and of the layout of the whole park. Cell Membrane to Front gates The cell membrane can be compared to the
entrance of the park. It creates a barrier and
is selectively permeable, allowing some things in and
keeping others out. The ribosomes are like the tickets, allowing people (protiens)
into the park. Sam Turk

Plant Cell Cell Land Endoplasmic Reticulum To Pathways The endoplasmic reticulum is like the pathways through the park, creating a path for things to travel on. Vesicles to Lockers Vesicles are like the lockers that hold people's items until they leave the park. Vacuole to Water Tower A vacuole is like the tower that holds the water for the water park section of the amusement park. Cell Wall To Fence The cell wall is like the fence that surrounds the whole park. Chloroplast To Solar Panels Chloroplasts are like the solar panels that provide some of the energy to run the rides. http://waynesword.palomar.edu/images/plant3.gif http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20101130191051/coasterpedia/images/1/1a/AmusementPark.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/2b/Diagram_cell_nucleus_no_text.svg/373px-Diagram_cell_nucleus_no_text.svg.png http://www.fastdecals.com/shop/images/detailed/10/tieguy02_stickfigure.jpg http://www.lhsc.on.ca/_images/Genetics/mitochondrion_000.jpg http://static.abcteach.com/content_preview/c/construction_worker_bw_pw.png CELL LAND http://media-1.web.britannica.com/eb-media/52/116252-004-9615DB80.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/11/Animal_Cell.svg/350px-Animal_Cell.svg.png http://www.maldiveshighcom.pk/admin/uploaded/gift_shop_sign.jpg http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/cells/endoplasmicreticulum/images/endoplasmicreticulumfigure1.jpg http://www.harrisburg.govoffice.com/vertical/Sites/%7BA7E6811A-D879-4C7C-A19F-F0A55FD49B95%7D/uploads/%7BD4436F85-C506-45E8-B2C0-3476BB99FE4D%7D.JPG http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8e/Plant_cell_structure_svg_vacuole.svg/300px-Plant_cell_structure_svg_vacuole.svg.png http://static.ddmcdn.com/gif/water-diagram.gif http://cellspd5spering.wikispaces.com/file/view/VESICLE.jpg/43789061/VESICLE.jpg http://cdn.spacesaver.com/content/media/secure-storage-equipment-locker-062120121014553593-640.jpg http://www.scs.illinois.edu/kraft/images/cell%20membrane%20smaller.jpg http://cache.virtualtourist.com/4/6096905-Gorky_Park_Entrance_gate_Minsk.jpg http://library.thinkquest.org/06aug/01942/plcells/thinkquest/ribosomes.jpg http://www.feelgoodnow.com/Portals/155314/images/Goldent%20Ticket.jpg http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/cells/chloroplasts/images/chloroplastsfigure1.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8d/Solar_panels_in_Ogiinuur.jpg/300px-Solar_panels_in_Ogiinuur.jpg http://library.thinkquest.org/C004535/media/cell_wall.gif http://www.amazinggates.com/v/assets/images/fence/fence_essex_300_dwg.gif Thanks For
