The product being sold in the cake will be various desserts and cakes.
That produces innovated, traditional, and healthy cake goods and products. Customer will love this cake because not only is it a cake, but it’s also a lot of famous cakes.
My cake shop will be located in 6822 W 135th street, Overland Park, KS 66223.

The cake shop is a great place to eat, enjoys after to work and study with cakes and deep music.
This place product cost effectively, in an environment that is safe, clean and friendly for our employees and community.

 We would like to accomplish is to gain a well-rounded set of skills is cake making.
 Another short term is to be able to earn enough money to buy my perfect set of baking tools. It would help me define myself as a creative baker.

* RISKS:
It’s always hard to get costumers at the beginning of every business. Which can cause a big gap between the money spent and earned and we won’t profit.
Lots of other bakery shops.
Even though profits of a bakery shop are good depending on location it also cost a lot to open one.
The profit takes a while to even out because you send more money to make the products then you can charge your costumers.

Bakery industries have a big costumer platform, because everyone loves cake!
Broad variety of coffee, cake, pastry and other baked goods.
Offer quality products at a very competitive price.

The market analysis
Provide a friendly and comfortable atmosphere along quality products at a reasonable price.
Cake shop inside the bakery that provides different type of cakes from all over the world. For example: Ethiopia, Indonesia and others.
Provide a broad selection of cakes and other quality pastry products.
Delivery and catering for parties.
Offer breakfast or dessert choices.


Oak park mall and country club plaza because many people go there to shop play and meet. It also gives the bakery an easy street access. It will be in a busy and crowded street, which will bring in a lot of costumers.
We would also have franchises in different campuses or around universities so students can grab coffee and breakfast in the morning! On campus shops, will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.

Cake Decorator/ Baker: responsible for the baking, decorating of all bakery products in the storefront.
