purpose many people enjoy the fresh test of mint. Mint gum and breath freshners are mainly advertised that mint has cooling affect. But is this sensation a result of the mint actually lowering temperatures? are mints really know for there cooling affect or is it just sensation?

We should repeat putting the mint in the water for every 5 minutes until 30 minutes.
Record the temperature and compare it.
Record the result and see the change.

We recommend people to put in mind the health benefits of this great herb and take advantage of it and use it in food and health products.
