The Rough E.R. is like the meat the chefs cook because the meat creates proteins, enzymes, and antibodies.
The Nucleus is like the captain because he controls every part of the boat, much like the nucleus controls everything in the cell.
The Lysosomes are like the clean-up crew of the boat, because they remove any parts that have lost their usefulness.
The Cell Membrane is like the steel lining of the boat, protecting it from any damages to it, just as the membrane does.
The Golgi Body is like the ordinary seasman because his duties involve securing and handling cargo and launching and recovering boats, much like a Golgi Body would store, package, and distribute proteins and lipids.
The Mitochondrion is like the engine of the boat because it takes oil and gas, breaks it down, and create the energy or the fuel to propel it.
The Vacuole is like the kitchen because there the chefs store food, the food has nutrients in it, and there is a wastebasket to get rid of the waste.
The Ribosomes are like

the chefs because in cooking the meat, they are "building protein", just like the ribosomes function.
The Cytoplasm is like the ocean where the boat is floating in, the water holds all of the Titantic, just like th Cytoplasm does in an animal cell.
The Nuclear envelope is like the doors on the boat. The doors let people in and out and they surround the boat, just like this organelle lets materials in and out, and it surrounds the Nucleus in a double layer.
Doors on the Titanic
The flagella is like the propeller of the boat because it helps it move, like the flagella moves the cell, (mobility).
The cytoskeleton is like the hull because it is the structure of it and it stabilizes the boat, just like the cytoskeleton does.
