Transcript of Harold and the Purple Crayon

Harold and the Purple Crayon Activity Students will create a continuous line drawing, while listening to Harold and the Purple Crayon. Using their imaginations and what they hear, they will draw what they see without picking up the crayon. Book Story about a child who builds his own world by drawing it with a purple crayon. Story Students will write their own story about their wild adventure. Project Students will choose one crayon, their favorite color, and illustrate their adventure. Outcome Students will have learned a new listening technique by drawing what they hear, and have created their own drawing like Harold that illustrates their adventure.
