Comfort zone is where we feel safe and secure. It is where we go to relax and de-escalate. No learning or growth happens here.
Sense of safety
There is no risk involved
You fit in with the other 90% of the population that is still in their comfort zones.
No need to worry about any changes.
No risk no reward
It can become an automatic daily routine.
You don't learn anything new
You become stuck in a rut
You are not fully living, you are just existing.
You rob yourself of meaningful experiences.
You can become depressed and or suicidal
You will never know what your capable of being or doing unless you do the uncomfortable!
You can be an example to those around you.
Give those in similar situations hope of doing great things!
Learn important life lessons.
Have a list of "Oh Well's" rather than a list of "What If's".
Picture yourself reaching a goal.
-Mentally and emotionally prepare yourself for the changes.
Take up a hobby or sport that moves you out of your comfort zone.
Become more sociable and can open yourself to more people.
Change up your daily routine.
Try something you've never done before.
Take an adventurous approach to anything you fear.
