as the Cirrculatory System.This system is
in charge of the bodies blood flow.From the heart to the lungs the blood flows through
the whole body. Since this system is in charge of our bodies blood flow we need to keep it healthy.We can keep it healthy by avoiding to smoke,getting pleanty of exersise,cutting down on stress,eat good fats,and take vitamins. The Immune System is the system in charge of keeping our body safe from diseases and fighting to make sure we don't get sick. To keep this system healthy we can eat foods full of protein,antioxidants,and calcium.The Immune System consist mostly of white blood cells that fight away viruses that get into our body. When the body has an infecction or virus, the Cirrculatory System spreads the news throughout the body.The Immune System then counteracts this by sending white blood cells to the infection or virus cells through the blood stream. Breakfast: 2 cups of Raisin Bran 180 cal.
Snack: 1/2 cup of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Lunch: 8 oz. of salmon with black beans and
white rice 290 cal.
Snack: 1/2 cup of fruits such as blueberries and
stramberries 87 cal.
Dinner: 3 oz of chichen,a half an oz. of asparagus,
and 3 orange slices about 380 cal.
Dessert: A 14 oz homemade watermelon slushie
