Indian food often contain a lot of spices. No other country uses as much spice as India, but not necessarily hot spices, a lot of people say.
Normal spices in India is curry, black pepper, cardamom, turmeric, clove, cinnamon, fennel, nutmeg, garlic, saffron and chili.
In India you don't often eat meat beacaus of the culture but if you find meat that will often be chiken
How do they eat their food?
The people in India don't have knife and fork instead they eat whit their hands. But only the right one....
Therefor every restaurant have a sink so the costumers can wash before and after they eat. Another tradition is to eat anise after the meal to get a good breath.
Breakfast
In India they often eat cooked food for breakfast.
One typical breakfast in India is a sort of rice pancake called idli.Idli you often eat with different cold sauces or chutney. One other typical breakfast for India is dosa which is another sort of pancake

And to drink you often get tea.

Lunch/Dinner
What you eat for lunch and dinner are often very similar in India, therefore we made a common picture for them.
bread, rice or both eats almost always to the meal and since a lot of the people in India doesn't eat bovine, chicken, lam, pork and fish is popular. And also they contain a lot of spices.
If you want something to drink we can recommend water or fresh lime soda.
