Because:
* Teens make risky decisions

*They assume their partner is infection free

mentioned STIs or testing to them
*They just don’t get tested as recommended
*The female teens' cervical cells are physically
more susceptible to infections.
*STIs can be passed by any body fluid exchange
One in four teens who are NEWLY sexually active, become infected with a sexually transmitted infection (STI) every year.
That’s over 3 million teens every year!
