Office hours are different for each teacher.
If you cannot come during your teacher's office hours, schedule an appointment.
Respect your teacher's

It's your job to learn U.S. American classroom etiquette.

Students are expected

The CIEP handbook states,

Late Policy for Academic Activities
Attendance is collected at the beginning of Culture Talks, Culture Hours, RSVP and Class Exchanges. Students who come in late after the attendance is collected will NOT be counted in the attendance.
