Has hate for other religious groups especially those who are either Jewish or Catholics Believed in the superiority of whites By 1920, about four million people were part of the Ku Klux Klan Immigration act of 1924 An act that restricted immigration and practically banned any immigrants from the countries in Asia Lived in tenements and was usually crowded with people Everyone of an ethnicity started helping each other. Made organizations such as the Chinese American Citizen Alliance Most stayed in New York since traveling expenses were quite a alot of money Even some Americans helped out such as Jane Addams and the hull house 1.
