Living on the undersides of leaves helps the Happy Faced Spider, because it helps it hide from scientists and predators."It lives its life on undersides of leaves, deep in the rainforest. This can make it difficult for scientist to locate and study"
"Some scientists believe that it helps avoid its warn its predators. However not all scientist believe this theory."
The pattern is two dots that resemble eyes, and a curved shape below the dots that makes it look like a smile. This pattern is unique because it might have been developed to warn predators, like birds.
