understanding your love group is essential to your success
make sure you are delivering exactly what they are looking for
market research is not something you only need to invest in once, perhaps at the beginning of your product's life cycle. preferences change, markets shift, and/or competition enters. either way, you have to stay vigilant in understanding your customer's needs
customer's needs change and vary over time - success depends on ability to foresee those changes before they occur
nothing stays the same!
markets are always changing! it is our responsibility to foresee these changes as much as possible and plan accordingly
