Adult Wasps injects their eggs inside a caterpillar ,worm, etc. It will take a few days for the egg larvae to hatch and after a few days they will grow and devour the caterpillar from the inside.
It will take some time for the parasite to break out of a caterpillar skin since it is hard. After they break the skin the caterpillar will die. (Parasitism) The Bot Fly goes into an animals skin and lays and egg inside the skin. In few days the egg larvae will hatch and it will leave a infection that leaves an infection that harms the animal.
