Adaptations
The jaws/teeth of a Tiger Shark help it grab prey. The teeth have ridges on it that help the shark grab and grip prey. The jaws can expand if its prey is a little to big. This adaptation helps them to eat and survive.
Adaptation
Whenever a Tiger Shark looses a tooth a new tooth grows in.This adaptation makes sure the Tiger Shark never runs out of teeth and can always hunt properly.
Adaptation
A tiger shark has such a keen sense of smell that it can detect a drop of blood in 1 million drops of water.

other smaller sharks, jelly fish, mollusks, and even sometimes garbage that it finds on the sea floor.

A Tiger Shark has lateral lines on its body. These lines help a Tiger Shark sense move movements in the water. This adaptation helps a Tiger Shark find its prey and eat it.
Adaptation
The dorsal fin on a Tiger Shark serves as the keel on a sail boat. The dorsal fin helps the shark maneuver around the water. The dorsal fin also helps the shark be more agile in the water. This adaptation helps the Tiger Shark attack prey and flee from predators.
Adaptation
The caudal fin and the upper lobe act as a propeller for the Tiger Shark. This gives the Tiger Shark its extreme speed.Did you know that the Tiger Shark can go as fast as a bass boat on full speed! This adaptation helps a Tiger Shark get to pry and flee from predators.
Adaptation
The most important adaptation that the Tiger Shark has is its gills. The gills let them breath under water. This adaptation means they don't have to go to the surface to breath. This adaptation helps them be less vulnerable to predators.
