Finance GIS Top Box Foods began in May 2012 with 5 Core Software Modules to support its operations. They worked separately and lacked integration. At the beginning of April, TBF was working with over 20 Chicago area churches. Its most pressing need was to keep track of its growing number of B2B relationships. Insightly was chosen because of its tight Google Apps integration and its 5-star reputation as a flexible, user-friendly CRM solution. Customizing Insightly to meet our unique needs was a challenge, but after two months of trial and error, we developed a sophisticated system to track our growing sales effort and daily communications with clients. By integrating our CRM with Google Fusion Tables, we were able to see our database in a whole new way. As our sales strategy shifted, it became clear that we needed a different, more effective way of mining our data for high-priority prospective host sites.
