LIST OF ENDO EMPLOYEES FROM AGENCY (1 MONTH BEFORE THE DATE OF ENDO)
HR DEPARTMENT WILL PRINT THE EVALUATION FORM (1 MONTH BEFORE THE DATE OF ENDO)
HR WILL GIVE THE EVALUATION FORM TO THE CONCERN MANAGER
AFTER 2 DAYS THE MANAGER MUST SUBMIT THE FILLED UP EVALUATION FORM TO THE HR DEPARTMENT FOR FURTHER ASSESSMENT
THE HR DEPARTMENT WILL SCHEDULE THE EXAMINATION OF THE ENDO EMPLOYEES (ALL DEPARTMENTS)
MANAGERS OF EACH DEPARTMENT MUST HAVE THEIR OWN EVALUATION INCLUDING THE ATTENDANCE, SALES (FOR SALES)
FOR DRIVERS, EVALUATIONS WILL BE MADE BY DELIVERY DEPARTMENT, SIR DAVE AND WAREHOUSE MANAGERS (EVALUATION WILL BE BASE IN ATTENDANCE AND NUMBER OF TRAFFIC AND POLICE VIOLATIONS.
2 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF ENDO, HR DEPARTMENT WILL DISCUSS THE RESULT OF EVALUATION AND EXAMINATION
1 WEEK BEFORE THE TARGET DATE OF ENDO, THE CONCERN MANAGER WIL ADVISE THE ENDO EMPLOYEE ABOUT HIS/HER STATUS
