The Problem
Uniform software being used by multiple organizations of varying:
Sizes
Complexities
Resources
Modular
Each organization would have several different types of users. Some would need the entire curriculum, others would only need pieces.
Break curriculum down to user level
Break it down further to a task level
Learner Appeal
Train the Trainer (Instructor Led) and Computer Based Training needed to appeal to a variety of learning styles.
Curriculum was successfully adopted by more than 50 Organizations:
5 - 50 000+ Users
Many learners used the entire portfolio
Others used one or two pieces of it
Engaged all learners
The Solution
Create a curriculum that could be:
Scalable
Modular
Appealing to all learners
Scalable
The curriculum would be rolled out to organizations that had 5 to 50 000+ users
