Massachusetts
M - Massachusetts was the birth place for religious freedom
A - A massacre happened on
March 5, 1770 called the Boston Massacre
S - Salem witch trail between February 1692 and May 1693.
S - Ships sailed with puritan to the new land after they rebelled against the church of England
A - Algonquins attack the Bay colony to start the Pequot War in the mid-1630
C - Casualties at the Boston bombing in 2013.
H - Haverhill was a large worshiping place for many Indian tribes, also know as Pentucket.
U - Unwilling the indians were pushed out of there homes in the early 1700s
E - Eventually hundreds of Puritans came to Massachusetts for religious freedom.

T - The first Thanksgiving in 1606.
T - The founder John Winthrop was also the first governor of the bay colony.
S - Springfield MA. is where George Washington and Henry Knox passed the U.S National Armory at Springfield
