Business Plan Executive Summary Market Analysis Resource Analysis Operating Analysis Financial Analysis A one or two page summary of the most important points in your plan Intended to introduce the venture and to capture the attention of the reader. The readers may include potential investors Also, known as "Target Market"
Determine whether your product/service will satisfy the needs/wants of customers
It should include information such as: age, gender, location, etc... Material Resources
All Materials needed to start
computers, desks, chairs, office space, location, permits, etc... Human Resources
The people needed to operate the venture -perhaps the most important resources of all Financial Resources
The money needed to start and operate the venture.
Including money to buy equipment and materials, to pay staff, and to pay other expenses such as rent, electricity, and advertising costs. How will you manage both the material and human resources Operating
Analysis Describes the financial strategy that will be used to capitalize the venture
